Vegetable Beef Stew

1 onion, chopped
2 or 3 celery stalks, chopped
1 lb ground beef

cook until beef is brown and onion and celery are soft

28 oz diced tomato (i use basil & oregano kind)
1 can white shoepeg corn
1 can french style green beans
1 can bush's white great northern beans
1 carrot, chopped
chicken broth (1 box- i use swanson's)
chopped okra (i use half of frozen bag)
2 red potatoes, chopped
3 tbs rice
small can lima beans
s & p
italian seasoning

pour in tomatoes and chicken broth and all cans. add carrots and potato and rice. add okra, s & p, and italian seasoning. bring to boil. simmer 2 hours. add one can water if needed.
