Cheese Grits

These were also a big hit at our New Year's Day Auburn brunch

Ingredients:
1 Cup grits
1 Teaspoon salt
3 Cups boiling water
1/2 Stick butter
8 oz Cheddar cheese
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup milk
Dry Mustard

Stir grits into boiling water and cook. Add butter and cheese melt and blend. Mix eggs and milk and blend with grits. Ad dry mustard to taste.

Bake at 325 for an hour -- until a little golden brown.
