Hashbrown Potato Casserole

This is my mom's go-to side dish for cookouts and barbecues. Cheesy potatoes...can't go wrong. This was definitely one of my comfort foods growing up.

2 lb Ore-Ida hashbrowns, thawed
8 oz grated, sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 t salt
1 stick margarine (melted)

Combine all ingredients and place in large pyrex dish. Bake 1 hour uncovered at 350.
