Sausage and Egg Casserole

This is Margaret's recipe that we made at our New Year's Day brunch for the Auburn bowl game. I think it's REALLY good, but you can ask Mary; she was the 13auburnfriends tester! And yes, I did make this casserole, guys. I'm growing up.

Ingredients:
6 Eggs
6 Pieces of bread without crusts (or enough bread to cover the base of your pan)
2 Cups of milk or half/half
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Pound sausage or cooked bacon (We used chicken sausage and it was great!)
1 Cup grated cheese

Directions:
Spray bottom of casserole dish. Put read on bottom layer, then layer sausage or bacon, then grated cheese. Beat eggs and mix with milk or half/half and mix in seasonings. Pour mixture over layers. Keep covered in fridge overnight. Cook uncovered @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
