Granny’s Cheesy Chili
- 2 lbs ground beef, browned
- Diced onion
- Chili seasoning packet
- 2 cans Rotel (if you don’t want it to be too spicy, it’s best to use Mild)
- 1 (4 oz) can evaporated milk
- 2 cans of chili beans
- ½ lb velveeta cheese
Mix all of the ingredients together in a pan or crock pot. Cook until heated throughout.
