Granny’s Cheesy Chili



  • 2 lbs ground beef, browned
  • Diced onion
  • Chili seasoning packet
  • 2 cans Rotel (if you don’t want it to be too spicy, it’s best to use Mild)
  • 1 (4 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans of chili beans
  • ½ lb velveeta cheese

Mix all of the ingredients together in a pan or crock pot. Cook until heated throughout.
