Super Easy Cheese Biscuits
2 cups of bisquick
1 cup of shredded cheese (whatever kind you like!)
1 cup (8oz) of sour cream
1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
Mix into a ball of dough and then drop small spoonfuls in mini (greased) muffin tins. I've also done them in regular muffin tins and just on cookie sheets, but minis are my favorite! Bake at 350 until golden brown (I just watch them).
