Party Spaghetti


1 1/2 lbs. ground round or chuck
1 small onion
2 8 oz. tomato sauce
1 pkg. French's spaghetti seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
10 oz. sour cream
5 oz. ricotta cheese ( I use a little more)
8 oz. vermicelli noodles, cooked
Parmesan cheese

brown the meat. drain, add onion, tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and seasoning mix. Simmer 30-45 minutes. In separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and ricotta cheese. Boil noodles and drain and toss while warm with the cheese mixture. Pour noodle mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan and top with meat mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
