Asian Chicken and Veggies
For 4 people:

Chicken (4 breasts chicken) (can use beef too) , carrots (4 carrots cut up), one onion bigger slices, 1 1/2 cup beef consumme (I used beef broth) and 1/2 cup oyster sauce, 1 bag broccoli (to steam in microwave), 1-2 tablespoons of corn starch

Put chicken, carrots, onions, beef broth, and oyster sauce in slow cooker for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low. After that has cooked, take the cornstarch and mix it in a separate bowl with 3 tablespoons of cooking liquid. MIx in with slow cooker for 15 minutes. Add broccoli at the very end.

Serve over rice or noodles. Great with soy or teriyaki sauces.
